Any ideas what may be causing this? My wife describes these problems, but I've yet to see any happen.

1) The taurus didn't want to start on a cold winter day (at first). It clicked once and did nothing. Then it started with the next turn of the ignition.

2) The radio changes stations occasionally when the car is off as if it lost power.

3) The oil sensor flickers occasionally as if it can't read the sensor.

4) The abs lights randomly appear (very occasionally) while driving on the interstate then disappear a second later and will stay off for months.

5) The headlights appear to dim while going over bumps.

98% of the time, there is no issue and the car drives just fine. But these weird things keep happening and the only link that I can think of is electrical signals are going wrong somewhere, somehow.

The battery is 15 months old and tests fine. The electrical connections appear fine. The fuses appear fine.
