DOn't buy from Compusa unless its their retail store. Their customer service sucks, they don't speak english, they don't have any training, they don't know anything about computers, mp3 players, etc. You can't cancel orders in any timely fashion or talk to anyone higher up. Their e-mail service is slow and unreliable, taking multiple requests to answer simple questions. Sorry to rant, but I hope anandtech guys will take joyful glee in cannibalizing compusa out of a large sum of money.

freebee: I totally agree; I just spoke with 6 different people trying to figure out what happened to my order. Finally got ahold of a manager of Customer Service who worked to make it right. And I agree wholeheartedly with the "can't speak English" bit too; every intermediate person I've gotten seems to have a very heavy accent!
