Could the Staples and Office Max CDRs be the same manufacturer, just branded differently for each office "superstore"? Anybody have info on dyes on the CDRs? Thanks.

More importantly, is there any scratch proof layer so the cds don't flake or scratch with just fingernails?

Exactly how do you know if it has a scratch proof layer. Can you tell by looking? My question isn't necessarily about this specific deal either.

went to my local (chino, ca) officemax , shelf price-59.99.no mention of any rebates on shelf.
had checker do a price check, only $10 instant rebate. These were prime peripherals 80 min 16x 100year life. not to sure if this is a good deal????
