200 or 266 MB?

Last time i built system was when slot a was dieing and i got slot a. Anyways my mobo and t-bird slot a isn't doing to well so I wanna upgrade again. Is it worth getting a 266MB over a 200MB? I mean the price difference isn't that much give or take 25-35 but wanna stick to low budget, whats advantage of the 266?
