Hey I just saw this at thg!!

link

It clearly shows the kt400 being capable of using 200 mhz fsb with the correct pci divisor.. woohooo! I just wonder if it would be stable.

I could imagine having a t-bred at perhaps 2.4 ghz with a 200 mhz fsb.. i bet that kinda system would rock.. especially in games like quake that luvs high fsb!

So.. did anyone see a test somewhere of a k400 board running at 200 mhz fsb stably.. and with agressive mem timings?!?

Actually, some of the newer KT333 boards have the same divider. I've seen several people around here running a 200mhz+ FSB on boards like the Epox 8K3A+. IIRC, Dulanic is running something like that, you might want to try to PM him..

:)

i've seen wcpuid screen shots of 220+ fsb's on kt266a boards
just a matter of if the mem can handle it and if people are smart enough to unlock the cpu and so forth

Soulkeeper... I know.. But I am only interested in running 200 mhz fsb with the correct pci divisor! And in a 100% stable fashion.
