I got bumped about a year ago on a flight and they gave me a $400 voucher in Delta Dollars. I can use it to purchase a ticket and just about anything else that Delta sells direct from them. The only problem is that I'm flying to Italy and France in 3 weeks so I can't take any long-term trips anytime soon. I used about $200 of the voucher around Xmas to fly home and see the rents. What should I do with the rest??

I know I'll be flying Delta when I go to Europe...Flying from ATL to Milan and back to ATL from Paris. Are there any cool Delta gift shops or stores in the airports? Thanks-

BTW- The rush is that the voucher will expire March 20 or so.

It's not transferrable. It has my name written all over the voucher... What's the deal with the rooms they have in airports...like where you can get drinks or take a nap in comfy chairs. I've only seen one, but I know it costs money to get in. I'm wondering if I would be able to upgrade my ticket to first class on the way over...who knows. :p I think the voucher is only $186 or so.

LOL!....maybe I can buy a delta hooker.....err....I mean, stewardess. :p

I don't think they'll accept the money on the airplane, but I could be wrong. I wish I could use it to buy drinks on the flight. That'd be a sweet setup.....especially cause it's a 9 hour flight to Milan. :D

Drinks are usually free on international flights, unless you are flying some super ecomony airline.

Can you use it on inflight duty free?
