200 Illegal Immigrants Found in LA Home

Los Angeles-AP -- Authorities have discovered about 200 suspected illegal immigrants packed into a Los Angeles home.

Police believe smugglers were using the single-story home as a "drop house." These are houses used to hold immigrants until smugglers have been fully paid, usually by relatives or friends in the U-S.

Detectives and immigration officials responded to the home. No arrests have been reported.

If only the money being wasted in Operation Iraqi Sodomy could be going towards the homeland security department (which includes immigration now).

We've had a recent surge of large drop houses like that being found in the Phoenix area. What I can't figure out is how you dont' notice 150+ people living in a house (one house in Phoenix had at least 176 people - with no working toilets - how can you not notice the stench??) or driving through your neighborhood.
