I have 200 bucks to spend on a new video card. upgrading from a 7900 gt that i have to get RMAed then i am gonna sell it. Just wondering what is the most video card i can get for my money?

All those cards are ? You are probably thinking they are pci-e 2.0 ? But pci-e 2.0 cards are backwards compatible with pci-e 1.0 slots, and don't suffer any performance loss being in a pci-e 1.0 slot. So pick 1 of those cards. I'd have to recommend against a HD3870 though, because cheaper 9600gt's offer equal if not better performance. 8600gt is simply not a gaming card and should be disregarded completely. The 9600gt is twice as fast for example, if not faster.

I know its slightly over, but Newegg has been running 8800GTS 512s at 220 after rebate lately. I just got one myself.
