$200 burning a hole in my pocket....

I have some extra money and I was thinking of upgrading one of my computers. I want to start playing around with overclocking. All I need is a new motherboard/processor combo. I have ram and all other hardware. So for about $200 what would be a good motherboard and procesor that would overclock well, and be a good learning experiance for me?
