I'm getting a new computer and will be using my current monitors. My wife is taking my old computer and needs a new monitor. There are SOOOO many choices out there it's hard to decide even after reading the LCD Thread. She does some light 3d gaming and browses the internet, etc. So I want a monitor that...

-is 20"
-is 1600x1200 Resolution
-is Black
-is made by a solid company with a good reputation
-Has a low enough latency that games won't be unplayable (due to ghosting) but nothing high end
-Max Budget is $300 but I really want to spend more like $200-250

Let me know what you think. Thanks!

I've always liked dell but they seem well above the price range for what I'm looking for.

you could get a 22" (no rebates) for 200-300.
if you must have 20" then i'd recommend the benq FP202W if TN panels are ok for you. if not then Dell. but there much more expensive panels.

Samsung 206BW. Looks and performs great. Doesn't seem to be any C versions like the 226BW around to worry about their is a W version by Chunghwa but I have that and it looks just as good as my old 931BW with an S panel.
