Buy.com has 20-packs of Kodak's Ultima 12x CDRs for $10.97! I've used these CDRs, and the quality is supreme. They also have Ultima Gold (their highest level of quality) for $15, though honestly I don't think it's worth the extra $5. The regular Ultima's are fantastic.

This is by far the lowest price I've seen for high-quality CDRs with jewel cases. And no rebates.

This is a good deal. But also note that Onvia has these 20 packs for $11.50 plus free shipping and no tax for CA residents. Buy.com charges tax. You could also buy 9 x 20 packs at Onvia and use the $25 off $100 coupon and get 180 of these CDs for $73. The same amount at Buy.com would cost $98 + tax in California even with free shipping. So if you want to buy a large quantity go with Onvia.

I really don't know why these are so cheap. They're about the absolute cheapest CDR's with jewel cases available, but they seem very highly rated.
