Go to Vaja Cases and you'll see they have a coupon code on their own website for 20% off any purchase. Their cases cost a lot more than the competitors, but I've heard they are absolutely top quality. The-Gadgeteer has reviews of several different models.

Anyway, it's a fairly hot deal because these cases are really ONLY sold straight from Vaja, and they very rarely have sales on them. Website is dog slow though, since the company is actually in Argentina.

This is a good deal for those looking for great looking cases. With 20% off they are
even semi-affordable. Vaja 802 Ostrich for $76.32 shipped.. :)

This IS a great deal! I have an 804 (black 3100/3600/3700 iPAQ case) and LOVE it- I need to replace it with a 3800 case, but their current 3800 models are not that attractive. The finest leather, the finest quality construction, and wonderful customer service. Their prices are not cheap, but neither are the cases. If you have the $$ check out the custom cases too.

What's the deal? The price of iPAQ 3635 is around $200 after rebate. A case for $76? There are several very good quality iPAQ cases in egay. The price is much more reasonable. You can get one for around $40 or less. I don't like any iPAQ cases with Compaq name on it. I did a little research. There are several kinds of good quality leather iPAQ cases in egay at present. I won't consider buying cases which are cheaper than $20 on egay as the quality are not that good.

Vaja cases are made in Argentina
G1-G4 cases are made in Belarus

I also found some leather cases which look like made by Piel Frama in Spain.
All above cases look similar.

iPAQ+CF Pack will look fat in any iPAQ cases.

I would vouch for the quality of these cases. Especially if you are a businessman and would like an attractive case to be wearing on your belt. Over the last year, my PDA has dropped several times in this case, but remained well protected....

For what it's worth, the G1-G4 cases aren't nearly as nice. I have one, and it works fine, but it's not quality leather at all - there's a REASON it's only about $25. I currently have the Ipaq 'executive' case, and it works fine and is high quality, but you can't sync with the Ipaq in the case, and it adds about a quarter inch in every dimension. The vaja 'syncable' case is the one I ordered - it's as slim as possible, and syncable.

The Piel Frama cases look really nice, but they aren't much cheaper than the Vaja ones, and they don't have a secure website to order from (at least the last time I checked) - you have to e-mail them to order...

So yes, Vaja *IS* expensive. But from what I've seen of them, they're the best by far.
