you forgot Sony S75 for 400 CHEAP but that minolta 404 looks way nice at $400 made of aluminum too... Too Bad the Diamage 5 has a high regluar retail. D40 is cheap and oh so small! Kodaks are cheap but most are garbage them and Toshiba you can steer clear of.

Too bad I picked up Fuji 4900 yesterday.... maybe I will sell that kinda big ya know? :p

My buddy bought the Toshiba PDR-M71 and we took it with us skiing. The thing is actually great. The pics are outstanding and the video mode works great. Don't know why you would steer clear of it. It got really good reviews and the price is great. *shrug*

When did you place your order. I ordered a couple of hours ago with no problems. But now the site will not take any of my 3 different credit cards. I was told earlier from a rep that they were having problems taking AMEX cards but now I can't get any to work.

YES YES YES SCREW DELL!!!! EVERYONE CANCEL ORDER FROM DELL!!!!! actually, this place adds tax... hefty 8% for CA residents.. no?? maybe?? that is $20-30 more than dell.com canon s330 i got... for 310... but.. extra might be better for faster shipping... my ETA is 6/3... lol...

OR

Everyone cancel from dell and buy from microcenter.com and people (like me) will get their shipment of canon from dell faster....

well.. im desperate... i need a NEW TOY!

yea, their prices are kind of high to begin with, at least for the minolta cameras i am looking to buy. good deal otherwise though :)

No confirmation for me yet either. I got an S30 at about 10pm last night. Price was
better than Dell's. Best price online was Buy.com at $438, but got one here at $399.
Of course, I gave most of it back in sales tax. They have stores in Texas and California.

same here, it took me about 30 minutes to complete my purchase ( changing the shipping option four times) .. I had to cancel my thought on buying CF card because it's taken so long.
oh well .. i bought the Canon Powershot S30.what do you guys think about this camera?

it's a great camera, but takes lousy self-timer pics...no auto-focus in this mode.
