20 minutes until dinner time

Decided to venture into trying to cook a new dish tonight. I've pretty much set the goal that each week I'll learn to cook something new to keep our options open (last week it was chicken fajitas in a cilantro/garlic sauce). So this week I've decided to try homemade pizzas. Nothing difficult, but also something I was constantly paying $15 or so to have delivered. Now for just under $11 I will have two 12" pizzas. One green pepper and onion and the other pepperoni both using an oregano/crushed red pepper tomato sauce.

Exactly why I decided to learn to cook something new each night.

Also use random recipe books we have around the house.

i used to make a lot of pizza and calzones when i lived in the UK. I did a lot of experimenting and trying ew stuff. I had a huge kitchen and was a stay at home mom. I grew my vegs, and made everything from scratch... even cheeses...

but now.. there are about 10-12 dishes I make over and over again. No one is here to eat and I dont bother anymore.

you MUST post how your dishes turned out.

🙂
