$20 Lowes gift card for $1 trial membership - Hot enough?

1. Saw a promo in my credit card bill ( of which I receive several, thanks, Hot Deals).
2. On June 7th or 8th or 9th I signed up for a trial membership at

quote- "Try CompleteHome® for 2 months for $1 with no obligation to continue and enjoy special discounts and rewards from the brands you know, plus get a $20 Lowe?s® Gift Card when you respond to the online form we?ll send you!"

3. Three days later - got an email with a link. Followed it, entered member id (from CompleteHome) and address.

4. Today - opened an envelope from CompleteHome containing only 2 ten dollar Lowe's gift cards. Surprised, no cover letter, just the cards. Called # on back, card is good. Woo-Hoo

6. Don't forget to cancel (or you might be getting someting like the free magazines that only have recordings when you call. Although I doubt it).

I tried this and yes it works, but be prepared to be talked out of canceling when you call to cancel your 1 month $1 trial membership.
