Yes, I've read the sticky but am still a bit confused....

I ordered an Enermax Noisetaker 370W thinking it would be ATX V2.0 but it's 1.3 (has seperate 12v rails tho...). Anyway, I'll be using the PSU on a Gigabyte Duo Pro mobo and an X700 Pro video card. Will this work OK? The mobo has 24pins, but the 4 extra ones are blanked out right now.
