this screen is terrible.

I love this screen. It has 4 connection. Pretty good for the price.

Screen door effect makes this screen a terrible screen to look at for long hours.

If the Dell Home deal comes back some people can avoid paying tax, I think Dell SB taxes everyone though.

No
the stupid system is taking discount for 30 bucks off a printer and applying it to the 2001FP.
Hopefully Dell will correct it soon.

I'm seriously considering purchasing one and having it shipped to NY.

then i'll get it for 599.99 shipped since no tax in NY.

Bent, is there anything to what he says? Or is he just nay-saying?

Asking 'cause I just ordered one.

Thanks

Its one of the best LCDs on the market , probably the best one in this price range.

Basically it so sharp that the pixel structure is visible, all LCDs have visible pixels to some degree but many are not sharp enough to be able to see them clearly.

Its all about trade offs really. You can have a sharp monitor and see the pixels for have a defocused /less sharp image.

Heck, the 2001Fp beats the Apple Pro cinema displays in sharpness..that is saying alot.

Managed to get Home to match the Small Business price, but they wouldn't let me use the $30 off coupon along with the PM. $599 shipped, not too bad.
