BUT if somebody decides to spend 20K on a home theater system, that system BETTER have a dedicated room for sound and light reasons.

I've put in a few 40K systems that just didn't sound right because of the room. A 20x20x10 foot room will NEVER sound good.

Another person already mentioned the limits with positioning everything; things such as where you're going to put the projector and screen in relation to projector throw distance and seating.
