2 XP options in boot menu

I have 2 hard drives in my system. 1 has XP, the other has Vista.

I was doing some testing with a third hard drive, on which I installed XP. I have since removed that drive and am back to 2 again.

Problem:
There are 2 options to boot XP in the boot menu, 1 of which obviously doesn't work because I removed that drive. I have also now done a clean install of XP on my XP drive and have formatted the Vista drive (going to do a clean install of that now as well).

How do I remove the XP option that doesn't work?

I only see Earlier version of Windows (XP) and Vista in EasyBCD.

When I am starting up the system now, I get those options....XP and Vista.
If I select XP, then I get a further 2 options, both of which are XP but 1 of which doesn't work (as stated above) and needs to be removed so that this second boot option screen doesn't come up.
 
UPDATE:

I fixed it. Not with EasyBCD though.

I had to edit the boot.ini file but not the 'notepad' file itself. I had to use the command prompt.

It wouldn't make a difference if you edited the Boot.ini file in Notepad, as long as you saved the file in the same name after making changes.
