Hello, I have a couple of simple questions about WinXP:

1) If I switch motherboards, will I have to RE-activate my WinXP?

2) If I reformat my hard drive, will I have to RE-register my WinXP?
 
technically no as you are allowed a few hardware changes with your present activation.

no but you'll have to reactivate your copy!
