2 win xp comps and 1 mce network??

all connected through a wired linksys router.
2 win xp comps read each other but cant see mce comp....

i clicked on the 'setup small bus or home network' option.
i have win xp mce cd and used that to set it up but not seeing mce pc.
 
i tried googling and everything and its my lack of knowledge as to what to search for that is causing me to still be lost.

is there anyone that can help me out?
