2 VPNs: Crashing PC

I have a Cisco VPN client installed for my school, and a Netgear VPN client for another connection to a network that I monitor. When both are installed when I shut down the PC, it blue screens and restarts. I'm assuming that because they both share IPSec that this is what is causing it.

The problem is: the school doesn't release the settings/passwords for the profile for the Cisco one, so I can't just use the Netgear, and the Cisco one doesn't have the options that are required by the Netgear to work. So I can't just use one.

Anyone know a way around this, or how to fix it?

Thanks.
