2-tone paint jobs on cars...

I've seen cars with 2-tone paint jobs and I think they look pretty cool changing color as they pass.

I don't know how it's done, but can it be done with any 2 colors? I haven't seen it on a car yet, but I was thinking that it might be pretty cool to have it look white as it approaches and black as it's leaving.

Have you guys ever seen it? What would you think if you saw it? What if you also added a very fine flake to the paint? I think that looks nice if you do it properly.

like Blue Mica Pearl, etc ??
This looks blue, but at the right angle it gives off a purplish look.

That's possible. I've seen ones that look green and then purple. I couldn't say if I've seen it with other colors though.

Metamorphic paint... Chameleon paint... that's what you mean... 2-Tone is one color on top with another color on bottom, not color-changing 😛

2-tone = no. Chameleon paint = maybe. Both = ugly. LOL!
