2 T lun on Redhat AS4 64Bit

I am setting up a FC disk 2T lun on Redhat AS4 Bit,
I don't have much time to benchmark the files systems,
What is the better file system for both large & small file?
Large are about 100 ? 150 Gb
Small are about 4 ? 7 Mb

Redhat's default is ext3

Generally:
Large: XFS
Small: Reiser4 -although a lot of people complain about stability and data security.
