Moonie is like 3 steps ahead of us all, the sooner you can see that, the better off your going to be

3 steps forward, 6 steps back. He's obviously the patron saint of narcissistic hypocrites, angrily spouting spiritual offal that was published in 60s and 70s new age self-help paperbacks. I'm not surprised that some people of a certain ideological perspective lap it up, it was all the rage with hippies and crystal-wearers back in the day. A person preaching about inner peace and universal harmony while in an ego-fueled, abusive rage doesn't appeal to everyone, however.

What point are you making? The children did not starve. And they learned a valuable life lesson. There is no such thing as a free lunch.

Classic win-win.

They gave the kids a plate of food, took it away, and dumped it into the trash. Perhaps that's a win-win in your world but I'm glad that it isn't the case for most other folks, given the uproar.

The proper response would have been to let the kids eat lunch that day and then send them home with a note and/or notify the parents that they are in arrears via phone or email.
