2 speakers in 4+1 surround don't work!

Hi everyone,

İ'm new here.
While watching movies or listening to music the 2 speakers won't work.
My sound card is onboard(Asus z87a) I downloaded the new driver but still not working.İ have windows 8.When i test the speakers they all work.
All speakers are working while watching youtube vidoes.
İ'm little confused.

İ hope someone can help me
 
which speakers? your rear speakers?

Is windows set up to have 4 speakers?

Are you using the surround sound track for movies? sometimes they default to stereo.

Is there an option in your drivers to duplicate stereo signal through all speakers?
