2 soundcards at the same time?

i got a new pair of cheap 5.1 speakers in addition to a pair of 2.1s. now i have 2 soundcards, onboard and an AV710 PCI soundcard. i was wondering if i could use both soundcards through winamp? i know its possible because ive played the same song at the same time through winamp(using onboard) and WMP (using PCI soundcard) through both speaker sets. does anyone know any plugins to do this through winamp?

Why not run it in 7.1 mode and hook up the 2.1s to the L/R output on the chaintech and the 5.1 to everything else?

the 2.1s have only 1 output (the green plug) if i use the green input on the soundcard for the 2.1s, where do i put the green plug from the 5.1s?

I meant use the 5.1 at center, surrounds, and rears.

You could plug the front input on the 5.1 set into the surround output of the chaintech and the surround input on the 5.1 set to the rear output of the chaintech.
