Ok, this Antec Basiq 500 has two 12 volt rails, 18A each. The sapphire Radeon X1950 PRO AGP has 2 molex connectors and the recommendation is 30A. Do I supply each of these connections on the card from seperate rails to equal 36A? Not certain if I understand this right. Thanks.

I went for the Basiq just because it's on sale at Circuit City right now for $44 and it appears to be pretty good, not the best but for the money it will be fine. I don't have much running to worry about. P4 2.26 512MB RAM 80GB seagate, a DVDRW audigy 2zs. Has been doing fine untill i put in the X1950, about 2 or 3 min of anything 3D and the vid goes black. I just want the Radeon to be happy. I found cheifmax 680w 38A for $29 but I'm kinda scared of that deal. Thanks for the info.

Just keep in mind the amperage rating for each rail is the max rated amperage each rail can handle and not what it actually receives.
