2 RAID controllers - Tech Support says won't work?????

I have a Iwill KK266-R (Onboard AMI RAID controller) and a Promise Ultra66 IDE controller (PCI). I want to use both at the same time, but I keep having problems. I contacted Promise's tech support, which said that the two RAID controllers were conflicting. Anyone ever hear of this? or ever try using 2 RAID controllers in one machine?

I was gonna, but I never got around to it. I was told it would work. Just disable ASPI and set your IRQs to be totally different.
