Two simple questions:

Will an Athlon XP work in an IWILL KK266-R motherboard?

Can I just switch my Duron 700 to an Athlon XP without having to reinstall operating system, applications, etc.?
(I am running Win2000)

IWILL's website says with a BIOS update that you can have an XP in it. An no you don't have to reinstall the OS, etc....
