2 Questions: Which of these OS should I delete to install XP, and NTFS or FAT32

I'm about to install XP. I now have a three partition of win2k, winme and caldera installed. i wanna leave caldera as is, but i need to remove either win2k or winme to install winxp. Which one should i delete?
I want to remove winme, but the thing is that i play games and i realize that I'll have trouble with some of these games with win2k and winxp.

also, previously i had both 2k and me under fat32, because i can interchange files that way. Since, i'm gonna do a clean install, would you recommend installing both under ntfs or fat32?

thanks everyone for their help.

hey Andy, thanks for the link. That's a nice article you wrote there. The only thing is that, I guess the article referres to pre-XP time, so where you mention dual boot you don't mention XP much. Would you recommend XP and 2K dual boot with FAT32 or NTFS?

To all intents and purposes, XP is effectively the same OS as Win2K. Whatever recommendations I make in that article for Win2K apply to WinXP as well.
