2 questions: Silverado or Alpha 8045? Will either of these fit the Shuttle KT266A mobo?

I will be running an athlon XP 1800. Will not be overclocking. Main interest is for it to be quiet and have adequate cooling what do you guys think?

I dunno if it's a typo, but in the heading of the review it says rev 2 not rev 3.1 Also did you take off the plastic from the alum shroud before testing? From the pics it looks like the plastic/vinyl covering is still on.
