I have a few questions:

1. If a monitor A has lower input lag without vsync than monitor B without vsync, then will the added lag of vsync enabled when using monitor B be worse than it would be compared to using monitor A with vsync enabled?

2. The monitor which I'm considering replacing my current one with has a 3H anti-glare coating. What other types and/or strengths of non-glossy coatings exist?
3. Is 3H Anti-glare the worst possible panel surface in terms of graininess? Viewing my Apple LED Cinema while standing up exposes graininess, but it's glossy so when viewed normally the graininess is not seen.

I've seen a review of the Hazro HZ30Wi e and so far it looks rather favorable compared to my Apple LED Cinema. All of that said, it's just a pipe dream to have a monitor with everything the aforementioned Hazro has plus being glossy and having 120 Hz input so I'm just looking for something that would justify replacing my Apple LED Cinema.

The input lag and framerate are unrelated, so vsync shouldn't affect it at all. Input lag is how long it takes your monitor to draw the screen that's been sent to it; it will be the same for every frame regardless of how often those frames are being refreshed. It's determined more by various processes that your monitor has to do before the image is displayed, such as resolution conversion (if running non-native) or overdrive processing and the like.

As far as anti-glare coating goes, there's really no good way to describe it without seeing it in person. I have a Dell monitor with fairly aggressive anti-glare coating and a Samsung TV that is glossy, and they both look fine to me. I think it's more a matter of personal opinion than anything else. If it's possible for you to see the monitors you're considering in person, that's the best way to determine whether you're going to be distracted by the AG coating or not.
