2 questions about XFX 7900GTX XXX...?

1. Does anyone know if this card uses 1.1ns or 1.2ns memory chips?

2. The reference 7900GTX's memory is clocked at 1600MHz (vs. the 7800GTX-512's memory at 1700MHz), however, the 7900 is rumored to have tighter timings. I am wondering if cards such as the XFX XXX and eVGA Superclocked have their memory timings loosened to reach the higher clocks?

They use 1.1ns Memory from Samsung.

They overclock to 1800MHz+ on Memory & 705MHz+ on Core.

Have you got a source for it being 1.1ns memory?

I ordered two of these cards and have been searching everywhere to find out the memory used. I know that both eVGA cards use 1.2ns memory...

Edit: Memory may vary from each manufacturer as it is entirely their choice as to what GDDR3 they use.
