I have Win2k (SP2) installed and 2 hard drives formatted with NTFS. Ok, the questions are:

1 - indexing is enabled for both drives. Is it really worth it or it slows down the drives too much?

2 - what is the best defrag software form win2k/NTFS? Speed Disk 2001 is incredibly slow.

3 - I have 512MB of RAM. What is the best setting for the page file? I'm using 550MB.

Turn it off, if you dont mind waiting a while when you search for a file.
