#1) Does it work with ANY playstation game ?

#2) Will it work with a video card that has only 8 MB ?

It does not work with every game there is a compatibility list at there site.As for 2 it may work with your card but my experience with this hunk of a program is that it messes up your video settings.It caused problems when I used it,and it got worse when downloaded the new version.
