2 programs, 2 sound outputs?

I have a NF7-S and Win2K. Would it be possible to run 2 programs and have the sound from each program go to different outputs (example: CS -> front output; Winamp/WMP -> surround output) so that I could play a game with headphones while someone else could watch a file/listen to music using the secondary monitor and not hear what I'm hearing (and vice versa)? Thanks.
