Hi all,
I am helping a friend with a couple of issues with his XP machine and I'm out of ideas. Here are the details:
1. When clicking a weblink in any e-mail in OE, the system freezes up and he has to reboot to get it to work. I have had him run a repair on Internet Explorer 6, installed current video drivers, and even reinstall Win XP but it still happens!
Any ideas???
2. He has three identities set up in his OE. His previous setup was that when he shut down OE and started it again later, it would start on the last identity he used. Now he gets an identity login window everytime no matter which one he used before. I have checked through the various menus but I can't find a setting for this.
Once again....any ideas???
