So I usually use Spybot to search for spyware, but I think spybot only deletes them or but doesnt really prevent them from appearing.
I seem to be getting the same spywares everytime I run Spybot, so is there anything that actually prevents the spywares to appear after they have been deleted? everything in spybot is uptodate and immunized, so I dont know.
And also, everytime I go somewhere on I.E, I get a lycos search box appear........and it does a search for me, according to the webpage that I go to.
i,e, if I go to AT, a lycos box pops up w/ the search results for computers or something..........
how do I get rid of it??
did virus scan....and found nothing.
