Argh this is so annoying, I just reinstalled WinME and this old problem popped up again... everytime I click on "show desktop" on the quick launch bar, everything minimizes like it should only showing the desktop... the problem is that my toolbar (w/ the start menu and quick launch bar all that junk down there) disappears along w/ everything else! I can recover the toolbar by pressing the windows key but it's STILL annoying. Does anyone have any idea how to remedy this?
Additionally for the past 2 days or so half of the internet has been ULTRA slow or doesn't work at all... I'm seems as if half the internet servers around the world have went down or something!? This has happened to me before and I would be able to fix it by restarting (don't ask me how that works :confused😉, but restarting doesn't do it for me anymore and this has been going on for a long time. Anandtech for one is hella slow, and so is 3dsoundsurge.... the ODD thing is though that some other pages will load fine and my downloads are normal speed... what gives? BTW i'm using a 56k modem.
