I got a couple of these with my Gigabyte P35-DS3R mobos, as did a friend of mine with an EP45-UD3R board. Pretty handy to have around, esp. if your mobo didn't ship with back-panel eSATA ports.

Don't forget to switch the BIOS setting for the particular controller you have these plugged into, to AHCI mode, to enable hot-plug support.
