For every 10 bad cops, there are probably 1 good cop. But those 10 bad cops ruins it for everyone else.

A good cop is a cop that gets the bad guys. If he gives the bad guys a break when they have a badge, then he is NOT a good cop. Their job is to get the bad guys, no matter what uniform the bad guys wear. That is what we pay them for. If they can't do that job then I don't want to pay them. Gimme my money back.

Problem is the definition of "bad guy" is apparently subjective and set at the whims of our politicans and the lobbyists.
