And for those who still think 2 piece suits are cool: Look at a movie from early last century. They already wore those around then too, they're as cool and rocking as your great-grandparents.

I'm afraid you have lost me completely. When I think of the 19th century, 3-piece suits are exactly the kind of thing that jumps to mind - they seem about as current as a suit of chain mail. Look at the old Charlie Chaplain and Buster Keaton silent films and you will see that 3-piece suits are the norm.

This is correct.

The 3-piece may still be popular in Europe, but I honestly can't remember the last time I saw someone wearing one here.
