Im sorry guys for the messed up thread. I am running it with pc133 128mb to start. I know the mem is good it came out of a working system and went back into it again after I tried to get these boards to work.

The one motherboard is a Asus CUSL2-C Rev 1.02

The other is a 694D PRO VER 1.0 Dully mobo. No maker on it but since it is green I am going to guess Epox.

And last the cpu is Intel PIII 866/256/133/1.75v

My PSU is not a cheap one but is a 350 watts, the video card is a pci ATI 7200, the HDD is a WD 40 GIG 7200 rpm, and again the mem is a stick of pc133.

Please I hope this works and you can tell me what is not working with them. I thought they were dead but they both act the same and are different makers so it must not like something I installed on it. They power on, get green lights, all fans turn, but neither will post. This is the same for both. So something I have wrong. I double checked the boards to make sure it is set right as for the jumpers and I have even went as far as to take out the batteries to be sure cmos is cleared. I was thinking maybe they need rambus momory instead fo the pc133 I am using??? Anyone have a idea if that could be it?

If anyone wants to trade me a working AMD set up (Mobo and cpu and takes pc133) I would gladly let them all go :)

Your post makes my head hurt, but what I got out of it is that you seem to be trying to run these systems without RAM?

I believe of the several flavors of 370 there was a rambus (RDRAM) model; Im sure there are 370's that run tualatin cores and earlier ones that dont. That's just a start, but a couple of possibilites. Need more info on your equipment.

My Socket 370 board slowly died on me few weeks ago.
It seems those boards have problems with their capacitors (little cylindrical thingys with a silvery top)
They tend to crap out. Just check if their top is curbed, they should be perfectly flat.
