While strolling through the aisle at my local Staples, I saw that they had these 2 pack of Fuji 100 meg zip disks, and on the tag, it was like this:

$24.97 Original Price
$12.00 You Save
$10.00 Instant Savings
--------
$2.97

Get $3.00 MIR with purchase of a zip drive
and on each package, there was a note saying "Get $3.00 off now with this purchase"

I didn't need any 100 meg zip disks, so I didn't bother actually getting them to ring it up. YMMV.

Oh and I saw like 11 packs at the store (Kenwood store in Cincinnati), so you coulda whipped out the $10 off $30 coupon and save even more!

The weekly ad says that the deal is good with the purchase of an iomega zip drive. The $3 mir is on the box.

Thanks. Picked up 5 IBM Formatted packs from local store. They still have some mac formatted packs left. There is a $3 MIR for each pack and limit 2 per name, address, group or organization. So in fact, you can get this for free even earn some money by using coupon.

A little more detail please. Is there a MIR anywhere?

Not a bad price if you need these disks. I have a bunch left from the time that I bought them from an associate
at work. They were used but formatted fine and were cheap.

just to add...

@ my local sears, they had a 5 disk pack w/ free carrying case for $8.93 on clearance.
it looked old, and they only had the one - so the chances of it being everywhere (or
anywhere for that matter) is probably pretty slim. just thought i'd add it in here since
it was a zip disk topic.

oh yea, it had a $10 rebate w/ it too - didn't have an expiration date, just said it had
to be sent in within 30 days :) so i'm going to try my luck and send that in too! :D

Sorry I didn't catch the SKU, but I'm almost positive they are $3 BEFORE ANY REBATES because there was another sheet of paper next to is saying "Buy a zip drive and get a $3 MIR." And yes, there were IBM formatted and MAC formatted ones for $3.

OK, I just checked their web site. It would be these zip disks that are $3 at the B&M. (SKU 439320 for MAC formatted and SKU 439321 for IBM formatted)

Yes. SKU 439320 for MAC formatted and SKU 439321 for IBM formatted. There is a $13.00 instant savings.
On my receipt, it reads
-------------------------------------------------------------
1 FUJI ZIP IBM 2PK C
074101791525 15.94
COUPON#xxxxx
Instant Savings:<-13.00>
--------------------------------------------------------------

Also $3.00 manufacturer's MIR is on package.
Hope this can help.

I just bought the last 2 pack (PC format) over at the Staples in Ithaca. Once I send in the rebate it will be free. I also bought the PNY 128 mb stick for my girlfriend's computer. Total spent was $20 after I used the $10 off $30 coupon. Once I send in the $10 rebate for the ram (once I find the rebate), my total spent will be $7 for 2 pack od zip disk and 128mb of ram. Thank you staples (now if only they would continue with student advantage discount, I owuld have gotten all this for free, actually staples would have ended up paying me).

Hi, Gravesend
It's an automatic instant savings from their computer. When you check the price, it's $15.95. But after that, there is an automatic coupon code printed on your receipt.
