2 Outlook 2007 Questions

1) Is there a box to check so that Outlook will warn me before sending an email without a subject?

2) How do I make my return receipts show my local time (PST) instead of UTC? I do have it set properly on the Calendar Option tab.

I don't really know as I have zero knowledge regarding working with macros in Outlook. In researching your second issue, I saw references to it being an issue with Exchange. So, if this is happening at your work, you are fightin' the Man - man.
