Depends, what happened? Has the grand jury decided to indict?

No, not yet. If they don't it'll be hunting season for cops because that guy did nothing wrong. Neither did this black cop that was murdered by a white police officer probably because, like you, the officer thought he was a thug so he just shot him...

Doesn't even remotely qualify as a mental health problem. It's what we do. It's become the norm, not the exception.
It's the norm because people don't have work. They have nothing but time on their hands to dwell on their situation and the problems associated with it.

"Idle hands are the devil's workshop." There is so much truth in some of these old sayings.

Yes, that's exactly what I said. I said that anybody who looks like a thug deserves to be shot.

Wow, you're a fucking retard aren't you?

So you are saying this was a justified and reasonable man reacting to percieved cases of police abuse?

I suppose i understand now why ISIS is able to recruit in USA :(

Justified? Hell no. It was, however, a "man reacting to percieved cases of police abuse."

Sounds like a police problem to me. Being anxious of a certain race says more about you than the race. An incident like this should be a wake-up call that police need to dial back the violence or things will get ugly, fast.

Could be racism, or could be experience.

Tell me you condemn this horrible murder without any buts or ifs. Tell me you are horrified by this completely unjustified murder of two people who have completely fucking zero to do with michael brown amd eric garner.

i dont think you are sad two innocent people died and that scares me.

Whats next, you going to justify the murder of innocent us civilians bombed at marathons over perceived threats of american imperialism?

You going to go picket dead soldiers funerals because they serve the dark overlord if usa ?

Until we mourn every death and love every life....

Just admit it, you're a bigot.

As I said before, punish the guilty, protect the weak. I have no problem holding guilty cops accountable. However, coddling those who are guilty and led to their own demise isn't helping once iota and, in fact, as we see here, are causing a bigger problem.

The media is partly to blame. They push the same racist bullshit. How? "White Mexican" and "Fucking coons", as well as PR spin with these "innocent" kid pics that they hold up constantly.

This appears to be a declaration of war by a gang against police according to this article. Unfortunately for cops, not everyone wants to march and sing when protesting police brutality...

wo NYPD officers shot dead in 'ambush' sitting in patrol car in Brooklyn by gunman who boasted on Instagram about 'revenge' killing cops (GRAPHIC IMAGES)
Ismaaiyl Brinsley fired at the officers in their squad car outside of the Tompkins Houses in Bedford-Stuyvesant sources said. Hours earlier, Brinsley reportedly shot his girlfriend in Baltimore and boasted in social media about wanting to kill cops. Both officers later died at Woodhull Hospital.

Two NYPD cops were executed Saturday after a gang member from Baltimore drove to the city to kill police officers after wounding his girlfriend, sources told the Daily News.

The shooter, identified as Ismaaiyl Brinsley, 28, boasted about wanting to kill cops in the hours before he ambushed the officers outside the Tompkins Houses in Bedford-Stuyvesant about 3 p.m. Saturday.

“I’m Putting Wings On Pigs Today. They Take 1 Of Ours...Let’s Take 2 of Theirs,” Brinsley wrote on Instagram alongside a photo of a silver handgun and a series of hashtags referencing the deaths of Eric Garner and Michael Brown.

Brinsley made good on his promise, firing several rounds into the patrol car parked near Myrtle and Tompkins Aves., witnesses said.

“The perp came out of the houses, walked up behind the car and lit them up,” a high-ranking police official told the Daily News.

Brinsley then sprinted around the corner to the Myrtle-Willoughby Aves. subway station where he shot himself in the head, police said. He was later pronounced dead.

Both officers were rushed to Woodhull Hospital but were later pronounced dead.
Witnesses said the officers never had a chance.

“He just walked up and shot that cop in the head,” one man said.

Rescuers rushed to the aid of the mortally wounded officers.

“They basically dragged two cops out their car,” a second witness said. “I saw it. One was shot in the face. There was blood coming out of his face.”

Brinsley is believed to be a member of a Baltimore gang, Black Guerilla Family, sources said. The gang has vowed retribution for the deaths of Garner and Brown. Garner died after being put in a chokehold by NYPD Officer Daniel Pantaleo on July 17 on Staten Island. Brown, who was unnarmed, was shot dead by Ferguson, Mo. cop Darren Wilson on Aug. 9th. Neither cop was indicted by grand juries, sparking national protests.

“I have spoken to the Garner family and we are outraged by the early reports of the police killed in Brooklyn today," said the Rev. Al Sharpton in a statement Saturday evening. "Any use of the names of Eric Garner and Michael Brown, in connection with any violence or killing of police, is reprehensible and against the pursuit of justice in both cases.

Details of the shooting outside Baltimore were scarce. A family member of the victim told the Daily News Brinsley shot her in the stomach.

She was expected to survive.

Earlier Saturday, Brinsley posted a menacing message on Facebook. “I Always Wanted To Be Known For Doing Something Right...But My Past Is Stalking Me and My Present Is Haunting Me.”

Yeah, it's the media's fault:rolleyes:

Police (and, by and large, government) has a long history of shooting black men and general miscarriages of justice. Not all of them were thugs. In fact, a great injustice was reversed when a judge overturned the guilty verdict of a 14 year old black child. He was the youngest person ever to be executed in this country. Your forefathers must've been proud.

STFU already. What about Akai Gurly? He was just taking the stairs with his gf when he was shot by police. Was he a thug too?

I saw that story when first reported.

There was no explanation of how or why he got shot. It was termed an accident. It wasn't clear from the article if the cop who's gun fired even intended to shoot. It also wasn't clear if the cop had even seen Mr. Gurly as he was described as being on a different floor than the cops. The stairwell was reportedly unlit and dark. Because of the location difference between the cops and Gurly the article even suggested it may have been a ricochet shot.

I haven't been able to find any updated info. Unless you have, your apparent leap to conclude that this was a racially motivated shooting discredits you.

Well, this will totally alleviate the cops' anxiety when approaching black people/suspects.

-snip-

I'm pretty sure I read something about a black gang planning to assassinate cops even before the Brown incident. Can't remember which city though. Maybe someone else recalls this?

Bullshit, the false narrative and coddling of the thug culture killed these cops.

No, no the POS shooter killed these cops. There are millions of blacks with guns right now not putting bullets in cops heads. Use yours for a second. I understand you are upset.

Unless you are willing to concede the NRA and guns killed all the children at Sandy Hook (and not Adam Lanza) and that NRA president Wayne LaPierre was simply trying to fan the flames and drive up gun and ammo sales in the wake of that tragedy, then you really don't have a leg to stand on with your false assertion.

I mean the science shows that it's not experience. (Actions of the police against black people vastly outweigh their increased propensity for crime. )

So do you have a third option or are we just going with racism?

What I find interesting is that white trust in the police has INCREASED since those recent killings by police.

To me that means people have gone beyond looking at the evidence and have moved into culture war territory. Sad.

Should parents be anxious when sending their kids off to school because of Adam Lanza. You say some pretty off the wall shit sometimes.

The difference there is that nobody told Adam Lanza that kids were evil and that they killed others unjustly. Nobody told Adam Lanza that kids were out to kill him and would arrest him for no reason. Nobody held riots and "die ins" and such to encourage him. Nobody in the media paraded Adam Lanza killing kids around. No president went in front of the media to effectively declare solidarity with Adam Lanza, saying that the President could have been him.

Not a single fucking person fostered the idea that Adam Lanza was right, nobody. Adam Lanza is universally reviled by every single person on this planet, even the guy who fathered him. You don't see his father crying out for "justice", you see his father pretty much wishing he was never born.

The race baiting grievance industry is doing exactly that to black people.
