my ap humanities teacher told us that over winter break we should watch "The Believer" and "Bully" he said they were both quite disturbing and that we should watch them, but didnt have to. I figured what the heck, so I added em to my netflix queue.... anyone seen either and what are your opinions?

Bully is weird.

yeah, he suggested we NOT watch this with our parents....

Ummm...good idea.
Nick Stahl is naked in in, sorta full frontal. But he is a sociopath. It's strange. It's a Larry Clark film I think.

nick stahl is the king of not really acting but being in tons of roles that demand hardcore acting.

He is alright. Although I thought he was totally wrong for T3.

Bully is a good movie, I liked it. I'd say its minorly disturbing, not as disturbing as the guys other movies though.
Never heard of The Believer.

Never heard of The Believer.

both of the movies were quite good i thought. The Believe was pretty harsh and really made you think about neo-nazis and such. i liked it a lot.

Bully was also pretty good...i think it came out a lil while after the columbine shootings so it premiered with a lot of controversy

I was told "The Believer" was about a jew who decdides to become a nazi

pretty much...and why he becomes a nazi, and how in the process of being a nazi he learns to embrace being a jew...
