2 monitor with SLI

As far as i know you can only use a single monitor while in SLI. Would be kind of pointless to use 2 monitors with SLI. You would get better performance with the cards out of SLI and one monitor per card. Besides you wouldn't want to be gameing across just 2 screens. Sucks having that divide douwn the mittdle of your image.

unless you have TripleHead2Go with 3. I'm actually wondering that myself. If you run SLI/Crossfire, the workload is spread and with TH2G the image is sent by a single DVI cable. Can a dual link DVI cable handle that much res? Say, I'd be using 2560x1600 plus 2 1600x1200s (it would be sweet).

Unless you get a third, and a TH2G unit. Expensive, but you won't be gaming with two. The center of the screen is no place for a break in the image!
