2 modems on Time Warner?

I am on a MacBook Pro and I need to set up and additional Modem and Router on our RoadRunner Turbo cable. The original one is in a detached garage, can't be moved and the signal in the house is poor. I want to add a Motorola SB5101 Modem and a Belkin N1 Wireless Router FSD8231. I get 4 solid lights on the router. The fifth Internet light keeps flashing. Both Routers are password protected.
 
It is illegal to do so unless TWC is contacted and issue a second account.

In any case your descrption of the situation is rather confusing.

If you would pull yourself together, and write a nice description of the Network environment, there is a strong possibility that a better solution can be found.

I waited on the phone for 35 minutes and got cut off.
It took 45 minutes in chat and after 25 minutes the person never came back.
I tried to chat again, as the phone line is constantly busy, and it said I was number 46 in line.
Austin RoadRunner is not the best to get information from.
